During our recent stay at Bay Lake Towers resort at Walt Disney World, I took the kids down to the pool (DH had to run back to the room to get his phone). I made a quick detour to fill my refillable mug at the pool bar. While there, I overheard a lady talking to her teenage daughter (not that she was making any attempt to be discreet). Here was the conversation:
Mom: “Oh my God look at all those kids. Those can’t be all her kids, can they?”
Daughter: “I think they are all her kids. They all look the same”
Mom: “No. Who has that many kids? They must not be all her kids.
Daughter: “I would never want THAT many kids. Maybe one or two”
Mom: “One or two would be a good number”

Angela Schwindt wrote “While we try to teach our children all about life, our children teach is what life is all about”. This saying really rings true for me. I have learned so much through my children about life and about myself and I feel so very, very blessed.
